Resilient was founded in response to a simple observation: on the flexibility market, almost no player sells nothing but advisory. Most experts have one foot in a solution — batteries, EMS, aggregation, renewables.
Our team combines experience across France, Spain and Latin America, in large groups, start-ups, energy producers, aggregation and energy consulting. We decline any supplier compensation and publish our independence declaration every year.
Three numbered commitments, verifiable on every engagement.
1 — Fee-only compensation
100 % of our revenue comes from fees invoiced to the end client. No commission, no supplier kickback, no exception.
2 — Statutory ban on equity stakes
Our legal bylaws forbid any direct or indirect equity stake in a solution provider (batteries, aggregation, EMS, renewables).
3 — Named interest declaration
Every engagement includes an interest declaration signed by the engagement team, shared with the client before kickoff.
